If you’ve ever felt anxious, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed in your postpartum journey — know this: you're not alone, and what you're feeling is more common than you think.Â
You’re Not Alone — And You Don’t Have to Pretend You’re Fine
Every week, I sit in a circle with moms- just like you - who are carrying more than anyone realizes:
-
Anxiety that won’t shut off, even when the baby’s asleep and everything seems “fine”
-
Overwhelm that bubbles over into tears or snapping, leaving you feeling guilty and confused
-
Intrusive thoughts that make you wonder, “What’s wrong with me?”
-
The crushing pressure to be grateful and happy, while silently struggling inside
-
The deep loneliness of feeling like no one truly gets it — even when you're surrounded by people
In this group, you don’t have to explain yourself. You don’t have to fake a smile.
This is a real, live Postpartum Anxiety Mom Circle — offered in person or virtually — where you’ll gather with other moms in a safe, supportive space led by a medical professional with perinatal mental health expertise.
If you're looking for connection, calm, and the relief of being in a space where you’re actually understood — you’re in the right place.
But before I get into that, allow me to introduce myself…

Hi, I’m Alexandra Kile
I’m an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, and I help moms overcome postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and emotional overwhelm — so they can feel calm, confident, and connected again.
I’ve spent over a decade in women’s health, and I’ve sat with hundreds of new moms — in exam rooms, support circles, and coaching sessions — who felt like they were drowning in worry, shame, and exhaustion. I also know what it’s like from the inside. I struggled deeply with postpartum anxiety after becoming a mom myself — and I remember how isolating and terrifying it felt.
That turning point — when I finally felt seen and supported by someone who understood — changed everything. And now, that’s exactly what I offer other moms: a place where your symptoms are taken seriously, your story is heard, and your healing begins in a circle of care, not judgment.
This is not just peer support. And it’s not a clinical checklist.
It’s a holistic, trauma-informed approach rooted in evidence-based care — blending medical insight with gut health rebalancing, nervous system healing, and emotional regulation. We address the gut-brain connection head-on, recognizing how birth, antibiotics, stress, and hormone shifts disrupt both your digestion and your mental health. And we do it all in a safe, small-group setting, either in person or virtually, with other women who get it. Â

Are you ready to finally feel like yourself again — calm, connected, and truly supported?
Then let’s do this. Â
No more white-knuckling your way through the day.
No more Googling your symptoms at 2 a.m.
No more pretending you’re fine while silently falling apart.
The Postpartum Anxiety Mom Circle is a 6-week in-person or virtual group experience designed to get to the root cause of your anxiety — addressing nervous system dysregulation, hormonal shifts, gut health imbalances, and the emotional weight no one warned you about — all while giving you the tools and support to truly heal.
You’ll gather each week with other moms who get it — in a safe, guided space led by a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in OB/GYN and certified in perinatal mental health.
By the end of this circle, you’ll feel more than just “better.”
You’ll feel safe in your own body.
You’ll stop second-guessing every thought.
And maybe, for the first time in months, you’ll be able to sit in silence — without needing to reach for your phone, turn on the TV, or drown out the noise.
Just you, your breath, and a sense of peace you thought was gone for good.
Â
By the end of our 6 weeks together, you’ll be:
Â
Â
Breathing deeper, thinking clearer, and finally trusting that you’re not broken — just healing.
Handling hard moments with more grace and less guilt, because you’ll have tools to calm your nervous system instead of spiraling.
Feeling more present with your baby — and more connected to yourself — without the constant buzz of anxiety in the background.
Sleeping better, nourishing your body in ways that support your gut and mind, and no longer running on survival mode.
In other words — you’ll feel steady, safe, and strong again. Like you can exhale.
