Helping Moms Overcome Postpartum Anxiety and Reclaim Joy in Motherhood
Â
Ready to feel calm, confident, and connected again?

Hi, Iâm Alexandra Kile, FNP, PMH-C
If youâre a new mom feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just not yourselfâyouâre not alone. And youâre not meant to âjust push through.â
Iâm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in womenâs health. I am also certified in perinatal mental health PMH-C and have completed certification training in lactation. I trained at New York University and spent the last decade working in both labor & delivery and outpatient settings. Over the years, I saw how traditional medicine often falls shortâespecially for women in the postpartum period.
Thatâs why I created my East Meets West Method: a wholistic (not just holistic) approach that gets to the root of how youâre really feelingâphysically, emotionally, and mentally.
I combine the best of modern medicineâlabs, prescriptions, evidence-based treatmentsâwith functional and eastern practices like acupuncture, morning sunlight, daily movement, sleep optimization, gut health support, and even tools like Oura rings to track recovery.
Iâm here to bridge the gap in care that so many women experience after birth. While your six-week postpartum visit with your OB is still essential, my role is to offer ongoing support that looks at the whole you. This is about full-spectrum healing, not quick fixes.
⨠You deserve to feel heard.
⨠You deserve to feel well.
⨠And you donât have to do it alone.

Who I help...
For the mom who looks like sheâs holding it all togetherâbut feels like sheâs falling apart inside
I work with women, who are in the first year after giving birth and are quietly struggling with something that doesnât get talked about enough: postpartum anxiety.
You might be constantly on edge, overthinking everything, having intrusive thoughts or feeling like your brain just wonât shut off. Maybe you lie awake even when the babyâs sleeping. Maybe your heart races at random, or you feel like you're failing at a role everyone says you should be âgratefulâ for.
You're exhausted, emotionally drained, and wondering if this is just your new normal.
Itâs not.
Youâre not âcrazy,â and youâre definitely not alone. You're a mom navigating massive hormonal shifts, identity changes, and a healthcare system that rarely gives you the follow-up care and emotional support you actually need.
I help women who are done with just surviving the day and are ready to start healing. Women who want more than symptom managementâthey want clarity, calm, and the ability to enjoy motherhood without feeling like they're unraveling inside.
Through individualized, holistic support, we work together to uncover whatâs really driving your anxietyâfrom your nervous system to your nutrition, from your sleep habits to your support systemsâand create a plan that supports you.
Because you deserve to feel well. You deserve to feel whole. And you donât have to wait for things to get worse before you get help.
